Welcome to the Feminine Boss Academy & Society Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining, you become part of a global movement empowering women through leadership, healing, wealth education, and feminine transformation. Participation in the Program is subject to the Terms below.

1) Acceptance
By applying to or participating in the Feminine Boss Academy & Society Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms, as well as our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these Terms apply for all affiliate-related activities.

2) Eligibility & Approval
To participate, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
  
• Maintain active, compliant marketing channels
  
• Agree to promote Feminine Boss content in alignment with our values: empowerment, personal integrity, emotional safety, and inclusivity
  

We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion and to request modification or removal of any promotional content at any time.

International affiliates are welcome.

3) Account & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your affiliate profile.

You may not engage in:

• Misleading or deceptive marketing
  
• False claims about income, healing, transformation, or results
  
• Marketing practices that violate platform rules or local laws
  
• Any representation that you are Feminine Boss or that you speak on behalf of our leadership team
  

4) Tracking, Links & Attribution

Tracking is managed through GoAffPro, which provides your:

• Unique referral link
  
• Affiliate dashboard
  
• Personal coupon code(s), if applicable

Cookie Window: 60 days.

If a referred customer purchases within 60 days of clicking your link or using your approved coupon, the sale is attributed to you under GoAffPro’s “last eligible click / approved coupon” logic.

Prohibited actions:

• Altering tracking links
  
• Using link cloakers that hide affiliate disclosures
  
• Cookie stuffing
  
• Sharing coupon codes intended for private use in unauthorized coupon databases
  

5) Commission Structure & Payouts
Base Commission

• Standard commission: 10% of the net product price
  
• Standard affiliate perk: $5 customer coupon (optional & applied when active)
  

Tiered Commissions
The Feminine Boss Academy & Society offers tiered commission structures based on product type and/or affiliate performance. Tier levels and rates may vary.

Examples may include:

• Higher commissions for leadership programs
  
• Special rates for promotional launches
  
• Enhanced tiers for top-performing affiliates
  
• Leaders personal products

(Current rate tables will be provided inside your affiliate dashboard or updated via email.)

Payout Details

• Payout Cycle: Once monthly
  
• Hold Period: 30 days after order fulfillment (to cover refunds/ chargebacks)
  
• Minimum Payout: $50
  
• Payout Methods: PayPal or Bank Transfer
  

Non-Commissionable Orders
The following do not earn commissions:

• Self-purchases (unless pre-approved in writing)
  
• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders
  
• Gift cards
  
• Transactions completed outside your unique link or unapproved coupon code
  

6) Promotion Guidelines (What’s Not Allowed)
To maintain brand integrity and emotional safety within our community, affiliates may not:

• Bid on Feminine Boss Academy & Society branded search terms (including misspellings)
  
• Use paid ads without prior written approval from our team
  
• Engage in spammy or unsolicited mass messaging
  
• List coupon codes on third-party coupon sites without permission
  
• Suggest guaranteed earnings, healing outcomes, or psychological transformations
  
• Use Feminine Boss branding in a way that suggests ownership, impersonation, or official partnership beyond your affiliate role
  

Affiliates may use approved terms such as “Feminine Boss Leadership,” “Feminine Boss Academy,” and “Feminine Boss Society” in content — as long as the use is respectful and accurate.

All promotions must remain in good taste, aligned with our values, and compliant with global advertising standards.

7) Content & Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use approved logos, product images, and marketing assets for Program promotion.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify logos or trademarks
  
• Create merchandise or derivative products using Feminine Boss branding without consent
  
• Use our intellectual property after termination from the Program

You must remove any Feminine Boss promotional materials at our request.

8) Required FTC Disclosures
Affiliates must disclose their partnership clearly and conspicuously before or near every affiliate link or endorsement.

Approved examples:

• “As a Feminine Boss partner, I may earn a commission if you purchase.”
  
• “Paid partnership with Feminine Boss Academy & Society.”
  
• Short form for social media: #ad #affiliate
  

For video/audio:
Disclosure must be spoken and visible on screen.

Hidden or misleading disclosures are a violation of FTC rules and grounds for immediate removal from the Program.

9) Email, SMS & Platform Policies
All affiliates must comply with:

• CAN-SPAM (email laws)
  
• TCPA (SMS laws)
  
• GDPR or local laws (international affiliates)
  
• Platform policies for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google, etc.

Always respect privacy and consent requirements.

10) Self-Purchases
Self-purchases, test orders, or purchases by household members are not commissionable unless explicitly approved in writing by Feminine Boss Academy & Society.

11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
  
• Misalignment with brand values
  
• Risk to the Feminine Boss reputation
  
• Inactivity

Upon termination, all promotional assets, links, and codes must be discontinued immediately.

12) Program Changes
We may update commission rates, rules, or these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

13) Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors. You are not an employee, partner, agent, or legal representative of the Feminine Boss Academy & Society.

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and legal compliance.

14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Feminine Boss Academy & Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
• Our aggregate liability is limited to unpaid commissions legitimately earned and due.
  

15) Governing Law & Contact
This Program is governed by the laws of California, USA.
